If you love privacy, the sea and boating, this is your dream! You can park a small speed boat/ sailing boat, windsurfers and canoes in your garden for direct access in to the sea from your property. You can place a bigger boat at Marina Del Este harbour, which is about 10 km away, and continue from there with a smaller boat to your beach in Playa Canuelo.

The property has been owned by the family for 35 years, these are not often seen for sale.

All the land, and the buildings have been fully legally registered at the Spanish land registry.
