Benamargosa is a charming little pueblo with services, cafes and restaurants and it is only 11 kilometers from Velez-Malaga. Malaga centro only 47 km and Torre del Mar beach 17 km. Area is well know for its agriculture. Citrus and other tropical fruit trees especially avocado. The river Benamargosa gives this land its lush propensity to let these abundant orchards flourish. Pueblo has its public swimming pool. Good road access.

This rustic, beautiful and full of character townhouse is in the middle of the Benamargosa, walking distance to the supermarket and cafe and restaurants and as well the bus stop. It used to be an Old Mill. Sunny and open front terrace leads you to the entrance where you access to the tv/chilling room with high ceilings and a lot of character.
