On the lower level of the Chapel is the Hamam (I think it is more a Roman Bath, but very beautifully done and there is also a toilet, changing room and a shower.

General
The house is at 914 meters high and the plot is 33.000 m2. The property has its own well (registered), 100 meters deep and has a water softener in the deposit (8000 liters). It pumps 1,5 liter per second to the house so all showers and taps have a good water pressure.
There are around 150 Olive Trees on the land, as well as Almond Trees. This could create a little income as well.
There are also 4 horse boxes/stables and another old pig shed which could be converted.
There is an ecological veggie patch with irrigation.

They have the dripping irrigation everywhere. Now manual, but could be made automatic.

3 other houses around (neighbors). They only use it for holidays or weekends.
