Description

The apartments are based along Calle Antonio Jiménez in Nerja, close to the main bus stop.

I have attached a price list that shows the properties that are remaining as of today, along with the floor they are on, the number of bedrooms, the square meters, and also whether they have a terrace and/or patio.

In the project you will have the opportunity to choose between 3 different interior styles, Scandinavian, Nature and Modern.

Scandinavian;
Wooden inspired tile floor.
White kitchen cabinets and light grey stone counter top.
White tile in the bathroom walls with white bathroom furniture. Possibility to choose a decor wall in the shower at no cost.

Nature;
Light beige tiled floor.
Cream coloured kitchen cabinets and brown stone counter top.
Beige tile in the bathroom walls and white bathroom furniture. Possibility to choose a decor wall in the shower at no cost.

Modern;
Light grey tile floor.
Dark grey kitchen cabinets with white stone counter top.
White tile in the bathroom walls with bathroom furniture in anthracite . Possibility to choose a decor wall in the shower at no cost.

The project includes kitchen cabinets and counter tops, but the cost of appliances is added. You can choose to buy the appliances yourself or for an additional from 2.000 € get the kitchen fully equipped.

There are 3 different packages of white goods available;

2.000 € (Balay - Stainless)
2.500 € (Bosch - Stainless)
5.000 € (Integrated)

The packages includes fridge / freezer, dishwasher, kitchen fan, stove, combined oven / microwave and washing machine.

The apartments comes with pre installation for AC. For those who want to get AC installed from the start, €500 per unit will be added and this includes the machine and the installation. Usually AC would be installed in the living room and then one in each bedroom.

A parking space in the underground garage must be purchased with the purchase of one of the apartments, and depending on the one chosen, it may or may not come with a storage room. Prices range between €8,000 and €14,000.

If wish to take your interest further and reserve one of the apartments, this can be done with a reservation fee of just €3,000. This would secure the apartment for you and remove it from the market.
